Katy joined RIF in 2017. In her role, she manages the Programs Department team, overseeing the strategy and implementation of all RIF programs. She leads project management efforts within the organization to ensure RIF’s corporate and grant-funded initiatives roll out seamlessly and achieve the highest levels of impact for the children being served. In her time at RIF, Katy has supported RIF’s network of affiliates, program implementers, community partners, and volunteers in capacity-building efforts to increase collective impact around children’s literacy. Before her time at RIF, Katy worked for PBS as the Manager of The Teacher Community Program to support K-12 education initiatives in select markets across the country.
Katy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saint Louis University with a B.A. in Political Science.
