Kate joined RIF in September 2023 as a Program Manager on the Programs and Account Management Team. In her position, she will be supporting project management for various ongoing partnerships. Prior to joining RIF, she completed a year of service with City Year Boston followed by 5 years working as an Academic Advisor for student-athletes at various DI institutions. In those positions, she ensured her teams were succeeding academically and were able to compete. Most recently, Kate was the Director of Academic Programs with the Washington Nationals Philanthropies. There, she led her staff to execute afterschool and summer programming for youth in DC’s Wards 7 and 8. 

Kate graduated from Lafayette College with a bachelor’s degree in international Affairs and a MS Educational Leadership from Oklahoma State University.
