Dianne joined RIF in October 2023 as a Program Manager on the Programs and Account Management Team. In her position, she will be supporting project management for various ongoing partnerships for our foundation and federal work. Prior to joining RIF, she volunteered as an AmeriCorps Vista in Madison, WI to build students’ home libraries and worked as the Membership Manager at National Archives Foundation in Washington, DC. While completing her Master of Public Policy degree at the University of Maryland-College Park in 2018, Dianne volunteered with a literacy-focused non-profit based in Delhi, India called Katha on a project to expand the organization’s volunteer base. Most recently, Dianne worked for five years as a senior program officer at World Learning in Washington, DC managing grants for U.S. Department of State-funded professional exchange programs ensuring seamless implementation of projects to achieve program goals.
Dianne graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a MPP from the University of Maryland-College Park.
