Can't-Wait Willow!

Willow is so excited that the Over-the-Top Circus has finally arrived in her town! She has been dreaming of this day and, specifically, how much pink cotton candy she is going to eat! On the way to the circus, however, she is faced with many decisions that seem like fun. She makes it to the circus with no money left and is very upset. A kind friend reminds her that sometimes it is okay to say "no" to things that are good so that she can say "yes" to things that are great.
