Alma and the Sea
This story is a cultural representative not only for Hondurans but for anyone in the Caribbean sea and from Central America. Alma is fascinated with the sea despite never having been to the sea. Her father, a passionate story-teller, succeeds in getting Alma to go to sea every night, to meet with fish, sirens, algae and sailors. After much planning, Alma and her father travel to the coastline. There, both discover that they share more than their love for the sea.
